As promised yesterday, I'm excited to share some highlights from South Australian's first e-conveyancing day.

Our very own was busy supporting a few e-conveyancing stars:

Our day three stars:

Conveyancing Matters - well done on opening and progressing transfer workspaces
Optima Conveyancing - Margi Phillips, Ben De Palma and Maria Czudek successfully opened a number of transfer workspaces and started to invite banks including CBA
Tuckfields - The team including Tammy Edwards, Rebecca Latta, Lauren Racioppi, Miriam Errington enthusiastically opened a number of workspaces today with support from Nichola and Josh from PEXA.

Amazing job team!! The South Australians are off to a strong start. What great leaders!

Day 4 Highlights - The First Online Property Transfer for South Australia

We have lift off... the first online property transfer has successfully lodged and settled online!!

Well done Roger Scott of Conveyancing Centre!! Roger is pictured below with e-conveyancing guru Geoffrey Adam from AIC SA.

Congratulations Conveyancing Matters who were on the other side. Continuing your great efforts this week. Well done!

The highlight has to be the first SA transfer, but that wasn't the only buzz of activity today!

Top: The first SA transfer by Conveyancing Centre & Conveyancning Matters, and Adelaide Advertiser snippet
Middle: Roger Scott and Geoffrey Adams, and Trevor and Michelle
Bottom: Jim and Christine, and Roger Scott

A summary from today highlighting great collaboration and leadership in South Australia:

Geoffrey Adam was all smiles posing in front of his beloved Adelaide Crows and Roger all smiles with the successful transfer under his belt, despite being a staunch Port fan! (Sorry - I'm a Cats fan so I cropped as much as I could. Anna)
Michelle & Trevor of Trevor White Conveyancing accepted their first Workspace invitation today. Thank you Ben, Optima Conveyancing for inviting them to transact electronically on PEXA.
AICSA Council Member Jess Caire, Marshall Conveyancing opened up their first PEXA Workspace. Great work!

Big thank you to all of the people who welcomed us into their offices this week. It was certainly a memorable and enjoyable experience! The South Australian market has undergone significant Property Reforms this week and with the introduction of PEXA and electronic property settlement, there was lots of change and uncertainty. However, the way the market has worked together including Industry bodies, Land Services, Revenue SA and Practitioners has been exciting to watch and brilliant to be a part of. Onwards and upwards!

There was plenty of action on Day 5, unfortuntately, there was not many photos taken today as many of you were down at 101 Grenfell. Therefore, we are coming there too and next Friday 15th we will be at the LTO for what has become our regular PEXA morning tea! Come and say hi, ask us some questions and have a free coffee and donut on PEXA! The AICSA are also celebrating there 43 year anniversary next week so I'm sure they will be around too.
