&lt;P&gt;Galilee will accept the booking time and date upon receipt of the security packet and executed discharge of mortgage (where applicable) from the Lender.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Galilee requests at least the following business days' notice to book a settlement:&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• &lt;/SPAN&gt;Four business days' notice&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• &lt;/SPAN&gt;Citibank – 2 business days’ notice&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• &lt;/SPAN&gt;Bendigo and Adelaide Bank – 3 business days’ notice&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Failure to meet the above timeframes may impact Galilee’s ability to settle on the preferred settlement date and time.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#800080"&gt;Galilee Payout Process&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;• Payout figures are usually loaded 2 days prior to settlement&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;• Final Payout Figures are confirmed on the morning of settlement by 10am&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;• Please do not escalate unless final payouts are not in the PEXA workspace post 11am the day of settlement&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#800080"&gt;Surplus Funds&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Galilee does not accept surplus funds. If you require surplus funds please contact the Lender directly prior to making a settlement booking.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5" color="#008080"&gt;Transfer - Purchase (Incoming Mortgagee)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#008080"&gt;How to initiate a Purchase request:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Galilee cannot accept the invitation until receipt of instructions from the Lender. NOTE: Acceptance of the workspace invitation is not an indication we are ready to book settlement.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Galilee will provide a letter to the Borrower’s Solicitor/Conveyancer advising the settlement requirements.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Please note: On settlement day, Galilee requires lender funds to be cleared in their trust account to be able to verify for funds for settlement.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#008080"&gt;Transfer of Land (TOL)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please ensure the TOL document is prepared as soon as possible, preferably at the time of workspace creation, &lt;STRONG&gt;or at least 5 business days&lt;/STRONG&gt; prior to settlement&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please notify Galilee if a change is made to the TOL as we will need to verify the information against our clients’ instructions and cannot proceed to settlement until confirmed.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#008080"&gt;Funds Available for Settlement&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The source funds are uploaded to the PEXA workspace when settlement is booked.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#008080"&gt;Requirements before Booking Settlements&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All executed loan and mortgage documents must have been received before booking a settlement. Refer to the initial letter for the Lenders settlement requirements.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#008080"&gt;Total Funds Required for Settlement&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;• Please provide total funds required for settlement as soon as possible or at least 2 days prior to settlement&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Galilee provide the available loan funds for settlement. There may be different requirements depending on the lender.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#008080"&gt;Settlement Date Acceptance&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Galilee will accept the time and date when all Lender requirements have been satisfied.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Galilee requests at least three business days' notice to book a settlement.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Failure to meet the above timeframes may impact Galilee’s ability to settle on the preferred settlement date and time.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#008080"&gt;Loan Proceeds&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Loan Proceeds will be finalised and confirmed by Galilee when the loan funds are received in our Trust Account&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note: Late receipt of executed loan and mortgage documents, supporting documents and satisfying pre-settlement conditions can impact this timeframe.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#008080"&gt;Shortfall of Funds&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Galilee may hold authority to debit a borrowers account for shortfall funds depending on the lender.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;• ME Bank – only existing ME Bank accounts&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;• Pepper – authority NOT held to debit&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#008080"&gt;Day of Settlement&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Galilee will sign off the mortgage documents and lodgment instructions prior to or on the day of settlement. The financial settlement schedule in the workspace will only be verified and signed once funds have been received (usually after 12pm) from the Lender.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;• Payout figures are usually loaded 2 days prior to settlement&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;• Final Payout Figures are confirmed on the morning of settlement by 10am&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;• Please do not escalate unless final payouts are not in the PEXA workspace post 11am the day of settlement&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Galilee’s preferred settlement time is 2pm onwards.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please note: On settlement day, Galilee requires lender funds to be cleared in their trust account to be able to verify for funds for settlement.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#008080"&gt;Transfer of Land (TOL)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please ensure the TOL document is prepared as soon as possible, preferably at the time of workspace creation, &lt;STRONG&gt;or at least 5 business days&lt;/STRONG&gt; prior to settlement&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please notify Galilee if a change is made to the TOL as we will need to verify the information against our clients’ instructions and cannot proceed to settlement until confirmed.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#008080"&gt;Funds Available for Settlement&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The source funds are uploaded to the PEXA workspace when settlement is booked.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#008080"&gt;Requirements before Booking Settlements&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All executed loan and mortgage documents must have been received before booking a settlement. Refer to the initial letter for the Lenders settlement requirements.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#008080"&gt;Total Funds Required for Settlement&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;• Please provide total funds required for settlement as soon as possible or at least 2 days prior to settlement&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Galilee provide the available loan funds for settlement. There may be different requirements depending on the lender.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#008080"&gt;Settlement Date Acceptance&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Galilee will accept the time and date when all Lender requirements have been satisfied.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Galilee requests at least three business days' notice to book a settlement.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Note: Late receipt of executed loan and mortgage documents, supporting documents and satisfying pre-settlement conditions can impact this timeframe.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#008080"&gt;Shortfall of Funds&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Galilee may hold authority to debit a borrowers account for shortfall funds depending on the lender.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;• ME Bank – only existing ME Bank accounts&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;• Pepper – authority NOT held to debit&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#008080"&gt;Day of Settlement&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Galilee will sign off the mortgage documents and lodgment instructions prior to or on the day of settlement. The financial settlement schedule in the workspace will only be verified and signed once funds have been received (usually after 12pm) from the Lender.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
