Today we celebrate the Community's 2^nd birthday, and the amazing members that have contributed to it- that’s you! Did you know there are 4,328 registered members, including over 750 Financial Institution members, and 3,000 conveyancers and property lawyers! There are 414 accepted solutions and over 4919 discussions have taken place.

This year, we're recognising our top 12 community members by sending them a little something - have a look below to see if this is you! Also, as part of our birthday we will be releasing… a new set of badges tomorrow!! Any guesses on what they might be?

there should be these badges also: Comment Assassin = adds Questions on top of questions to posts I’m a fixer! = most solutions least questions Swipes Right / One night Poster or even Hitter and Quitter = disappears most times after posting without accepting solutions

Love our community .. we all come together with so many different legislations .. I have so much respect for the eastern states and Settlement brokers because of our communication .. (msa) ..I keep on pushing PEXA certified, transfer guidelines .. and now banking blog in SA .. Thankyou so much Emily for helping facilitate the communication xx
