Think LinkedIn meets Facebook meets Open University meets conveyancing.
Help & Community is your online space to learn, share and connect in the conveyancing and property business community.
Now you can ask questions online, share feedback and get answers from other conveyancers and lawyers, as well as industry experts and PEXA Direct Specialists. Many of you are already PEXA pros, so why not share your experiences and knowledge!
Start learning now with dedicated help articles and tips from your peers who are already using the PEXA platform.
We’re here to help too. PEXA will continue to share new help materials and product ideas directly with you.

Who should join?
You! This is the place to learn about e-conveyancing and interact with other conveyancing, legal, property professionals and financial institutions. It’s free for you to join.
This community is managed by PEXA.
Can anyone join?
Absolutely! Even your mum is welcome here. You can view all support information and most discussions without signing in, so take a look around. To ask a question, share feedback and connect you’ll need to register. It takes two minutes to complete your registration.
You don’t have to be a PEXA customer to participate but most areas are geared toward e-conveyancing.
How do I get started?
Firstly, you’ll want to register via the ‘SIGN IN’ button on the community homepage, just like you would with Facebook. Once registered, complete your profile so we can recognise your contributions. Click on your name in the top right corner you can access your personal profile, settings and subscriptions.
For more detailed instructions click here. And read How to stand out in the crowd in the Community.
That’s it! You are now ready to jump right in! Search for answers, ask questions and help your peers by answering questions.

How are my contributions recognised?
We all like to be recognised. Your participation in community is recognised with badges to demonstrate your contribution.
You’ll get credit for tons of things such as giving feedback, sharing experiences and providing ‘accepted solutions’ (that means the answer was correct). You can also help your peers get credit by giving ‘likes’ in community to recognise their efforts.
Badges are a great way to show off your skills and boost your professional reputation among your peers.
Welcome to this new wave of Australia’s e-conveyancing network. We have more news to announce in the coming weeks, so keep an eye out.
