You can now subscribe to get a notification when a particular term/word that you're interested in is posted.
- Sign into Community and click on your avatar in the top right corner.
- Select My Settings, and click on the Subscriptions & Bookmarks tab, and then Search Subscriptions.
- Enter the search term ‘x’ and click Save Changes. If you want to add multiple terms, add a space between each word.
- When that term is posted in community, you will receive an email notification pretty quickly (seems to come almost instantaneous) which looks like this. Click on the link to view the article / comment.
Do you have a question for the Western Australia Group?
Post it in the WA Group forum. Your peers will be able to view and provide suggestions and answers to you.
- Ensure you are registered and logged into Community.
- Click on Start a Topic.
- In the Subject field, type your question.
- In the Body section, enter the question details. You can add an image to the question if desired.
- Click on Post.
Your question will be posted, and open for anyone in the community to respond to!

As a registered community member, you can subscribe to a blog. For example, you may want to be notified any time there is a new PEXA Product Release, or when a new post goes up on the Weekly Blog. When you subscribe, you'll be sent an email when a new article is posted, ensuring you'll always have the latest information.
In order to subscribe to a blog ensure you are signed in to the community. If you are not registered, click here to find out how.
- Navigate to the blog you wish to subscribe to, either Product Releases, or Weekly Blog.
- Click the Blog Options drop down on the right hand side, and click Subscribe.
- You're now subscribed to that page, and will be notified by email when a new post is published.

Can anyone join?
Absolutely! Even your mum is welcome here. You can view all support information and most discussions without signing in, so take a look around. To ask a question, share feedback and connect you’ll need to register. It takes two minutes to complete your registration.
You don’t have to be a PEXA customer to participate but most areas are geared toward e-conveyancing.
How do I get started?
Firstly, you’ll want to register via the ‘SIGN IN’ button on the community homepage, just like you would with Facebook. Once registered, complete your profile so we can recognise your contributions. Click on your name in the top right corner you can access your personal profile, settings and subscriptions.

How are my contributions recognised?
We all like to be recognised. Your participation in community is recognised with badges to demonstrate your contribution.
You’ll get credit for tons of things such as giving feedback, sharing experiences and providing ‘accepted solutions’ (that means the answer was correct). You can also help your peers get credit by giving ‘likes’ in community to recognise their efforts.
Badges are a great way to show off your skills and boost your professional reputation among your peers.

- Enter your registration details, including name, business name, email address etc and select Register.
- An email will be sent to the email address you signed up with. Click on the verification link, once verfied you'll be able to add an image and bio to your profile.
To add a Profile Picture
- Click on your name on the top right hand corner.
- Select My Settings, and then Profile Pictures.
- Click on Upload a Profile Picture.
- Click Browse and select an image from your computer.
- Save your changes.
Adding a Bio
- Click on your name on the top right hand corner.
- Select My Settings, and then Personal Information.
- Here you can update your bio, personal details etc.

Property Exchange Australia Limited (PEXA) is an electronic lodgement network operator. The PEXA Community Forum is operated and managed by PEXA.
These Community Rules govern your use of the PEXA Community Forum. In these Community Rules, any reference to “PEXA”, “we”, or “us” is a reference to PEXA.
A reference to “Lithium” is a reference to “Lithium Technologies Inc”.
- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
