Am curious to know if any community consultations are conducted before these changes are compiled and announced?
I think we may have touched on this before - see here for some additional context.
You will note that clause 22 of the Participation Agreement sets out PEXA's consultation obligations with industry bodies, including the AIC.

So in short...
Just because an agreement says only-need-to-consult under certain circumstances, doesn't rule out community consultation especially where trying to improve Subscriber, Lender, Practitioner UX, CX, platform, security, etc across the board for ALL.
If that's the aim, just checking if that was done, with anyone or any group?

The Electronic Conveyancing Group and Law Council of Australia are consulted on behalf of Representative Subscribers, with financial institutions also engaged, in relation to the amendment of PEXA documentation. These changes are solely focused on the obligations of PEXA and its Subscribers and are unrelated to UX, CX or platform enhancements.
