We can not pay land tax for 5 years,because we did not know we need to pay land tax as the house owner under my daughter name she is oversea for work.So the property became a foreigner owner. SRO want us to pay land tax. We sold the house. Can we pay land tax at settlement,the money deduct from the purchaser of our property?
