Hi,
We have had a workspace Abandoned because it has been "inactive" on the system for 120 days. It was not inactive as conversations were being sent between the participants. Is there any way to have it re-activated in these circumstances?

Hi Vicky, did you ever get a reply to this question? We're running into this issue now, wondering if there's a workaround or if we need to start a new workspace from scratch.

No, we just had to set up a new workspace.

I was also of the understanding that Conversations would prevent auto-archiving after 120 days.
Is that incorrect? Do we need to create/remove or sign a document to keep the workspace active?
