I am acting for the proprietor on title. The workspace has been set up and the incoming proprietor successfully invited. The title details have been updated. I cannot, however, add my own party details - that is, the proprietor on title's details. Is there something I have missed that is preventing me from doing this?

Thanks for your question.
On the Participants screen, you should see all existing Proprietors on Title displayed automatically for you, under the Unrepresented Parties panel. These details are returned from the land registry, based on the titles that are added to the workspace. In the role of Proprietor on Title, you should then be able to Edit these party records, indicate that you represent them, and update any further party details, before saving.
Please let me know how you go:-)

Thank you for your reply! The title details have been added to PEXA but have not returned the proprietor of title names - there are no unrepresented parties listed in the participants screen.

Ah, I seem to have fixed it by inputting the title details again...must have been a bug in the system the first time! All sorted! Thank you!

What may have happened, when you first created the workspace, you may have indicated to request land title details "later". This would mean that the land title details don't come through to the workspace until you request the details from the land registry, via the Land titles screen.
If this has happened, you can request the title details by clicking
Since you've worked it out, it appears that the land title data is now correctly in your workspace and you will now see the Proprietors on Title on the Participants screen.
To help avoid this in the future, ensure the following selection is made when you first create your workspace:
Good luck with your transaction.
