Hi there
We have multiple office locations in our firm and I have been alerted by someone outside of our main office (which is Melbourne) that the address for service on a Caveat (for example) will force the home office location and not provide an option to shift to their location (Sydney).
There is an option for a DX to be added, but my practitioner states that LRS will not always use that detail and revert to the street address.
Are there any known ways to allow multiple addresses for service rather than the stock home office details?
If it helps, I am also the Subscriber Manager for my business.
Thanks
Shane Cabuka

SolutionHi Shane.
Thanks for your question.
The way that it works, is that the default address populated into the document will be the particular 'Lodgement Correspondence Address' of that jurisdiction, for the subscriber.
For example, if the Caveat affects a title in NSW, the subscribers NSW 'Lodgement Correspondence Address' as provided as part of your subscriber profile, will be populated as the default Service of Notice Address in the Caveat.
The subscriber does have the ability to change the address populated, as required.
Please also note, PEXA is bound by Land Registry rules when it comes to Document Address requirements, so the ability to provide multiple addresses is not something PEXA can currently offer.
I hope this response helps and if you have any more questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Travis Sullivan
