A report called a statement of adjustment came up under the adjustments and payments heading after our matter settled. There was a blue button (see picture) which had Download Statement. I clicked on this and the report came up. It is a great report to send to the client only problem is that it has not come up on any of our other settlements after this one to give us the opportunity to send to the other clients. Can you please tell me why it came up on one matter and no others since. Has anyone else seen this before. It is kind of like the settlement adjustment sheets that we send out only is explained a bit clearer for the client. I haven't been able to upload a copy of the statement as I'm trying to figure out how to change it to a photo.
