Hi All,
If the registered proprietor wishes to apply to have a caveat removed on the basis that the caveator no longer has the interest they claimed (the s 89A application for service of notice), can this and the supporting legal practitioner's certificate be lodged via PEXA? Or does this still have to be done by paper?
Thanks,
Erika

Do we require a CAF to lodge a withdrawal or is that only for other transactions i.e. mortgage and release of mortgage registrations.

As at 18th March 2019 LTO [Vic] requires this application to be done in paper format with attendance at LTO [Warrant Officer] to check application before it is accepted and fee paid.
