Is there any way we can register a complaint against banks (not all of them, they are usually good; just a few) in circumstances where they sign off at the last moment when all is ready and has been for hours?
@France , thanks for your post and I am sorry that you had a less than optimal settlement experience. There are a number of channels through which to provide feedback, both general and workspace-specific:
1. In each Workspace there is a persistent "Feedback" tab on the right-hand side, use this to provide feedback at any point as the settlement progresses, your feedback will reviewed and actioned.
2. At the end of some settlements a survey will be presented, we encourage you to use this to rate the performance of other participants and provide feedback. Banks receive ratings and feedback in monthly reporting and they use it to plan and prioritise their improvement initiatives.
