What will be done about it? I can send you details of a workspace where this is happening, but it's happening on every workspace, so feel free to log in and look at them all. We don't have the time or capacity for this.

Thanks for the reply, if everyone tells PEXA of this problem and the fact that Bank are not meeting guidelines perhaps
PEXA might more "closely monitor" the Bank's performance!

And twenty minutes before our midday settlement we have had no response to our conversations, any mention of any expected delay, no source funds uploaded and no mortgage documents signed by NAB.

Can we at least get an email from PEXA when Source & Destination Funds agree. That way we don't have to check the workspace every 5-10 minutes to see if the Banks have done their job.

Yes, yes, yes - I agree completely. And perhaps an email advising that they have completed nomination of title which they seem to leave until the last minute and which quite often delays a settlement. Again we need to keep checking what is happening.
