Hi there
I use Internet explorer and I get a message saying the community site no longer supports IE v10 or older. However I use v11! Any thoughts?

Hi @dcondello
Just to clarify you're trying to access https://community.pexa.com.au in IE? Are you able to screenshot the error message you're getting?

Thanks @dcondello I'll follow this up. In the meantime, do you have Chrome? If so can you try Community in that browser.

Also, please note we can't access the new url in IE v11 either - see attached. The site comes up but there are no login boxes

Thanks @EmilyBilling - we are using PEXA and Community and Chrome instead. Our workplace default is IE though, so I thought I'd enquire!

Hi @dcondello, regarding the error message you receive when trying to access community on IE.
It looks like something on your workstation(s) might be forcing compatibility view so it's appearing as IE10 when you try to load the site. You may be able to change this by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner, select Compatibility View Settings, and remove pexa.com.au from the list. If you're unable to do this you may need to have your IT team help you if you're unable to adjust this or have some higher level security settings on your machine.
Let me know how you go!

Hi @dcondello
We've unable to replicate the PEXA screen not showing sign in options in IE11.
Could you please try the following and let me know how you go:
