When I act for a developer who has a plan of subdivision with many lots, all with individual contracts, is it possible to "clone" workspace so that the information which will be common to all workspaces does not have to be entered multiple times. Please do not tell me that the participants etc. will be different in each workspace, I am well aware of that and it is only the information which will be common to which I am referring. Duties on line does allow the cloning of forms and I thought PEXA may have something similar available?

SolutionThank you for your enquiry. We often hear the re keying of data can be a challenging aspect when using PEXA for a large sub-division. We do have the PEXA Projects Solution which provides the ability to bulk create all your workspaces by uploading a spreadsheet. This can then pre populate a lot of the PEXA information including Proprietor on Title, purchaser' details, gross consideration amount, purchasers representatives' etc. You can then send the invites out with one click.
This can provide efficiencies because you don't have to manually create the workspaces and send the invitation. Significant time savings.
Please feel free to contact me on josh.radford@pexa.com.au if you would like further information.

We use PEXA Projects to do exactly that so I'd definitely recommend getting in touch with @Josh about it.
