As a major Australian organisation, Australia Post plays a leading role in supporting and connecting communities. Especially at times like these, a friendly postie, driver or a Post Office and the services we provide can become a vital lifeline to the most vulnerable in our society.
Our Emergency Management program ensures we are able to manage a range of other business disruption events including floods, security incidents, IT outages and health outbreaks such as the COVID-19 (coronavirus).
In relation to COVID-19, we have a comprehensive response which includes:
• A Pandemic Coordination Team (PCT) which brings together various subject matter experts from across the business and triggers actions to manage the impact of COVID-19; • In support of this, a Corporate Incident Response Team, comprising the Executive leadership who convene daily to ensure that we are addressing the needs of our customers and communities; • Updated Business Continuity Plans to ensure minimal impact to our operations and our service; • Issuing health and safety advice throughout our business in particular the VOI Post Office network; and • Reinforced high standards of hygiene practices to ensure your clients can attend our Post Offices with confidence.
We continue to process VOI checks at every participating Post Office and deliver 99% of VOI Reports into your Property VOI portal within 15 minutes of your client’s interview.
Our dedicated VOI Support team is able to keep you informed and operate remotely in the event that be required. They can be reached on landtitleVOI@auspost.com.au or on 1300 364 543.
We thank you for your continued support as our teams across the country work hard to support you, your clients and the local community.
