CT Controller not a PEXA member

We have control of a title lodged back in November 2016, under a previous company name and LTO code. How can we transfer an eCT when our old company is no longer around or does not have PEXA membership as the company no longer exists.

Do we have to lodge a paper application to transfer the eCT to our new company? It appears PEXA can only transfer an eCT if you are the CT controller OR if the company was still in existence it could send an invitation is that correct?

Hi @SYNCPM,

You will need to complete the paper form 'Transfer of CT Control' found on the LTO website.  Once completed, you can email it to the land registry general email and they will complete the transfer for you.
