Can I do Related Party Deals in WA in PEXA

I would like to lodge a transfer where 50% interests of the registered proprietor (husband) are transferred to the wife for natural love and affection.

Can this be done in PEXA?

@DeborahP

Thanks for your question Deb.

The good news is that you can do a related parties transfer via PEXA in WA, provided you are able to stamp the transfer using Revenue on Line.

@FionaR I would also note that in the example given by @DeborahP, both husband and wife must be represented in PEXA. The transfer would be from husband+wife (as transferors) to wife only (as transferee).
