Can a Variation of lease be registered in PEXA?

Hi Sonia,

Yes.   Variation of Lease is available in NSW.   You will find Variation of Lease under 'Other Documents'.   At the selection window (under 'Other Documents') type 'Var' and all dealings containing characters var (including Variation of Lease) will appear for selection.
