Hi PEXA community,
I wanted to ask a question to see how everyone is going logging into PEXA using the new PingID code? We have two staff members at our firm logged into PEXA (Conveyancer and Administrator). The PingID is being sent to the Conveyancer's mobile but other staff members cannot access this mobile whilst it is not in the office. Is there another way of logging two staff members in without using a mobile? What is everyone else doing to log in if you have more staff on the account? (Mobile SMS or PING app)
Any info would be great. Thank you

Each PEXA User must access the PEXA System using their own user account. Sharing of access credentials is expressly prohibited under the legal framework for e-Conveyancing. Your obligations as a PEXA subscriber are contained in the Participation Rules (as determined by the Registrar in the relevant jurisdictions) and the Participation Agreement between PEXA and your organisation.
Each PEXA User will need to set up MFA on their own account. To enable multi-factor authentication, you can select either SMS or PingID app authentication. We have set-up guides and videos for further information. Where it is not possible to use your mobile phone for multi-factor authentication, you will need to download the PingID application onto your desktop. The desktop app will require you to set-up a personal PIN to access the one-time passcode generator.
We also have a list of multi-factor authentication questions in our FAQ. Hope that helps,
Thanks
Emily
