Can you register a Life Interest in PEXA?

Hi Georgina

Today on PEXA in VIC you can deal on a title being either Life Estate or Estate in Remainder, but you cannot create a Life Estate on PEXA.

Land Use VIC are currently working through how the creation of Life Estates will work via the electronic channel.
