Can you lodge or withdraw caveats over part of the land in WA in PEXA?
If not, when is it envisaged that you will be able to lodge a withdraw caveats over part of the Land in PEXA.

Thanks for your query
At this point in PEXA you can only lodge or withdraw a caveat over whole of land in WA. Please refer to the Landgate Eligible Documents list: https://www0.landgate.wa.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0016/16450/Eligible-documents-for-paperless-c...
We do not yet have a definitive timeframe for when this will be available, but are working with Landgate on increasing the scope of eligible documents and will advise the market as more documents/scope become available.
Hope that helps

Does the same advice apply if the withdrawal of caveat is for the whole of the land described in the caveat?
I can see the Landgate eligible documents guidance says that 'withdrawal of caveat must cover all of the land in a title'. I understand why this is necessary for lodging a caveat (because PEXA doesn't yet have the capability to receive plans identifying part of the land in the title) but when you complete a withdrawal of caveat in PEXA, it simply identifies the caveat number (unconcerned with whether that caveat covers the whole or part of the land). So is it possible that PEXA would still process a withdrawal request for a caveat that only covered part of the land in WA? Has anyone tried?
