I act for the registered second mortgagee on a NSW property. Both mortgagees are discharging their mortgages as part of a sale of land.
Am I right to think that I don't need to (and cannot) prepare a Consent for this transaction. PEXA is showing the first mortgagee as the CoRD holder.

It is the responsibility of the CoRD Holder to prepare the Consent within the Workspace prior to settlement.
