Opened a work space when registered proprietor was still on title. An ALP has been registered and title is now in the name of the Executor. Can I continue the transaction on this works space?
The work space still show the deceased as registered proprietor

We have quite a few of these transactions so it comes up a lot in our office.
When I asked our PEXA rep the same question (this was a few months ago) they said that it is technically "out-of-scope," however, we (and other firms) have been able to successfully complete many files where we act for an executor as the Vendor and have never had any issues with settlement.
Hope that helps.

I think you may need to do an information re-supply as well so that the registered proprietor is updated in your existing workspace.

Miriam's response below is correct.
If you opened the workspace and received Registry Information before the Transmission was registered, then all you need do now (assuming the Transmission has been registered) is navigate to the Land Title screen and request Registry Information re-supply, The title and Parties in the workspace will be updated and you may continue.
The ability to process a title where one or more Proprietors are registered on Title as LPR or in any other Capacity has been enabled in PEXA in VIC since 2016. You ought have no problem completing a Transfer of Land where one or more Proprietors is on title as LPR.
Please note however that if the transfer is NOT in accordance with the Will of the Deceased, then VIC SRO will require what is called a 'Complex (basically manual) Assessment'. This will, in turn, push the Transfer out of scope for electronic lodgement in VIC.
Please let me @GeorgePolus know if you have more questions.
