Is lodging a Caveat - Constructive Trust arising by virtue of the matters declared in a Stat Dec - Family Law - an ELNO claim type available in PEXA?  If so would it fall under Trust - 

• Holder of a beneficial interest under a declaration of trust or trust document with the following Parties and Date

As per Landgate's e-conveyancing requirements (as per the below link), all caveats should be lodged electronically (under mandate), and there is a claim category matching your wording available within PEXA:
