Caveat on behalf of joint propietors where they are TIC with another party

Hello.  I have been asked to lodge a caveat on behalf of 2 joint proprietors who are tenants in common with another party 127/200 shares (other party has 73/200 shares).  There are 2 titles.  I can see that I can lodge the caveat over both titles, but I am unsure how to proceed when creating the party correctly.  I can only seem to create a party for a single individual.  The caveat needs to be lodge to protect both joint proprietors interests.

Many thanks/.

Re: Caveat on behalf of joint propietors where they are TIC with another party

Hi @AnitaMPW

To complete a Caveat you will open the workspace as Incoming Caveator.

To represent an individual Caveator you will select Create Party on the Participants screen, complete the party details and select Save. You will complete this step for each Caveator you represent.

Once all Caveators have been correctly represented you can proceed to the documents screen and create the Caveat Document.

Full instructions can be found here: https://community.pexa.com.au/t5/Help-Centre/How-to-Create-a-Caveat-All-States-Help-Centre/ba-p/8

Please let me know if you have any further questions

Cheers

Nancy
