Hi all,
What is the process and is it possible to lodge a caveat on my estranged parents family home? I am the eldest of 4 children and have a suspicion that they have removed me from the will as executor ( which I am happy about) and beneficiary ( which I am not).
One of my brothers and sister have benefited from the sales proceeds of the other two properties my estranged parents have sold which I do not care for but I will not allow them to deny my entitlement to our family home.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance
