I am acting for the husband in a family law matter. The husband is retaining real property that is currently held in joint names and a transfer without monetary consideration will be lodged on PEXA. There is currently a caveat on the title and the caveator will consent to the transfer. Is there a way to make the caveator a party in the workspace and for them to provide their consent electronically, or does the caveator's consent still have to be evidenced by letter? If by letter, does the letter get uploaded into the workspace of simply sent to LRS?
Thanks, Rachel

As of this release (11.1.1) you do have the ability to upload a Caveators Consent into PEXA and attach it to your Transfer.
