I checked things out - all the LTOs seem to be up and running today. I suggest you contact support if you're experiencing difficulties with any settlements.

Natalie at Thomas Gear is trying to transfer ETC but your system is coming up as an error. I need my discharge settled today. This has been an issue with Pexa since the 19/12/18. I am going to lose my business and my car if this isn’t sorted today.

I've done some further investigation.
The Land Registry have a defect, a code error, in their system. They've identified the issue, which they are working on fixing, however have not provided a date and time of when this will be resolved on their end.
What we've been told and what has been passed onto Thomson Geer - two days ago - is that if this is an urgent matter, the transaction should be submitted via paper and not in PEXA.
