Is there a way to remove a settlement date. We have matters where a settlement date is due under the contract but we know leading up to it that the purchaser is unable to settle and cannot provide an indicative date. Rather than keep changing the date, is it possible to update the workspace so that there is no date to avoid all of the alerts?? We can then rebook the matter once a date is known? Thank you.

In order to remove the Financial Settlement from your Workspace, you can follow the below steps:
1. Access the Settlement screen
2. Click the Action Cog on the Settlement Summary tab → select Remove Settlement
3. Enter a reason → Confirm
Please also note that a financial Settlement cannot be removed if the below applies:
In your case, it sounds like you have already created documents in the Workspace, so we suggest you to simply change the Settlement Date and Time instead of removing it as you are required to remove all documents and Source/Destination Line Items before the Settlement Date and Time can be removed successfully.
