Hi,
In Victoria, is it possible to change the manner of holding from joint tenants to tenants in common if only 2/3 of the tenants complete VOI and sign ARNECC client authorisation forms?

A Change in the Manner of Holding can be completed on PEXA via the residual document 'APPLICATION - NEW FOLIO - Transfer of Land Act - section 32'.
All Proprietors on Title will need to be represented and therefore a complete VOI and signed ARNECC client authorisation form is required for all parties.
