Just wondering if someone can help me. We have just done a refinance settlement in PEXA. Our Mortgage has been registered and there is of course now no paper Title, but we have control of the right to deal with the Title as Mortgagee. I now need to lodge a Change of Name with evidence at the LPI so that the Title can be registered in her married name, as currently in her maiden name.
I have prepared a Cord Holder Consent in PEXA as Consentor, as we need to consent to the Change of Name. When preparing the Cord Holder Consent, are we "Transacting Party" or "Third Party". Both options still verify in PEXA, so I am not sure what to pick. Can someone please help me so that I can pick the right option Thank you
