Hi There,
One of my practitioners this week informed me that they have changed their fee paying account details. How does a practitioner update these details with PEXA?

SolutionHi @Patrick,
Practitioners should contact support@pexa.com.au who will provide a new direct debit agreement form. This will need to be completed, signed and returned to PEXA.
Once the new account details are added the Subscriber will need to verify the account themselves within the PEXA platform. The Support team can guide them through this.
