Client Authorisation Form Certification

Can an employee of a Solicitor sign the certification as an agent of the subscriber if that employee has been authorised by the Solicitor to undertake the VOI process?

Re: Client Authorisation Form Certification

Hi @SPaterson

Thank you for your question.

As this relates to an ARNECC form, PEXA will seek confirmation from ARNECC on this issue.

Thanks,

Brett

Re: Client Authorisation Form Certification

Hi @SPaterson

You might find section 5 of the ARNECC Guidance Note 3 helpful to answer this question: https://www.arnecc.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0010/698716/MPR-Guidance-Note3-Certifications.pdf

Cheers,

Chris from ZipID

Re: Client Authorisation Form Certification

Hi Brett,

I have had confirmation as best I can get from a couple of PEXA ladies in relation to this question. They assure me that staff employed by a solicitor can sign these forms.

I do appreciate you help and if you get a different response from your inquiries Id like to know.

Have a great day Smiley Happy
