Could someone please confirm when the Incoming Mortgagee is able to select Yes or No for the Client Authority to provide shortfall?
We have received loan documents from our clients however the "Funds Confirmation" section found in the Settlement Summary is not displaying and we cannot select Yes or No.
I've double checked the Workspace Settings to ensure the workspace has been set up correctly and Yes has been selected for "Will this transaction involve a Transfer".
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
