Converting Paper Title to eCT

Hi,

I have a clear paper title and need to nominate it so that a Plan of Sub can be lodged. I am in Vic. I have been told that I need to convert the title to eCT via Land Victoria and then, once converted, nominate it to eCT (via PEXA) so that the POS can be lodged.

Is this the correct process and can the initial conversion (from Paper to eCT) not be done on PEXA? 

If the initial conversion can be done via PEXA, please advise how.

Hi @MichaelFox 

As you are acting in the role of Proprietor on Title and it is a clear title, once a document has been created in the workspace you can create a nomination to the PEXA lodgement case and answer "Yes" to the question: Is the title currently paper? The title will be converted with the lodgement of the nomination.
