Conveyancing Procedures Once Paper CT Abolished

Hi,

I am enquiring regarding procedures following the abolition of paper Certificate of Title.

Considering normal settlement period is 6 weeks, any contracts exchanged today will settle after the paper CT has been converted to an electronic ones.

Normally, when there is no mortgage on the title, we will need to prepare a Consent document using the CAC code.  However, now that paper CT is being abolished, please kindly advise what the procedures will be like.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.
