If I hold the duplicate paper CT for a title in NSW and the proprietors are joint tenants do I need to create a consent from each proprietor, so there would be two consents, or will just one consent from one of the proprietors suffice?
If you are doing a paper CoRD consent, you can do one consent form, provided you have instructions from both registered proprietors, by listing both owners as "CoRD Holder" on the form.
