If there are two proprietors on title does only one name have to go in the Cord holder consent? Or do we have to prepare two separate Cord holder consents?
The document when I go in to create it only lets me put on of the proprietors in?

We have settled several sales where there has been two or more proprietors and we have only ever created one cord holder consent.

Hi, Is this the case because the registered proprietors are joint tenants? What if they are tenants in common? Seems that only one party consents. I just prepared a CoRD for 2 joint tenant registered proprietors and could only enter the one of them for the consent.

Only one consent by one of the registered proprietors is required, whether joint tenants or tenants in common.
