I have a Plan of Creation of Easement to lodge through PEXA.
I have lodged a Plan of Subdivision - Section 104 before. However, apparently there is a residual document (Section 45) that I can register a Plan of Creation of Easement. My questions are:
- I act for the proprietor on Title. It is an Ausnet Easement. Should I invite the Ausnet representative into my workspace?
- There is a Mortgage registered on the Title. Should I create a standalone nomination workspace or should I invite the Bank into my workspace?
