Daylight savings | What this means for settlements

Hi Community,

It’ll soon be daylight savings time again, which means the following for our Western Australian Members:

From 1 October 2017,

1)            Settlement rebooking cut-off time will be 1pm (not 2pm as it is currently); and

2)            Settlements can be completed up to (and including) 4pm (currently 3:30pm)

If you have any questions, ask us below or refer to the Service Charter.

Cheers

Aoife

Re: Daylight savings | What this means for settlements

Hi @DMc,

I'm not sure what Luke was referring to but at the moment Support's operating hours are 8.30am-8.00pm AEST/DT. Support closes on national public holidays and weekends.

Any changes to these hours will be updated in the service charter.

Hope this helps!

Hi all,

Daylight savings is upon us again, which means the following for our Western Australian Members:

From 7 October 2018,

1)            Settlement rebooking cut-off time will be 1pm (not 2pm as it is currently); and

2)            Settlements can be completed up to 3:30pm (as prior to 7 October).

Cheers
