Morning,
Is PEXA able to be used to update Certificate of Title to reflect the death of the remainderman that has predeceased the life tenant. The remainder interest has now passed to another in accordance with the estate of the remainderman. Can PEXA be used to show this on the title?
If so, how is it done?
