I note in a previous discussion reference to the Arnecc Guidance Notice whereby it instructs that the CAF is no longer valid once the Vendor who has signed the form has passed away prior to completion of settlement. Should a new form then be signed by the executor? and can settlement take place prior to Probate?
As the Vendor has passed away you will need to lodge a transmission application or Notice of death (depending the tenancy type). You can do the TA or NOD in the same workspace as the transfer if you wish.
