I act for the Vendor and hold the Certificate of Title together with a Discharge of Mortgage. I have been told we will need to do a paper settlement. The purchasers have cash and their representative has been told it must be done on PEXA. I cannot see a way to upload the Discharge of Mortgage so it can be registered with NSWLR. Matter is due to settle 2/7/2018. The purchasers solicitor wanted a paper settlement from the start of this matter but today they have been told they have to do PEXA. Too late for me to organise discharge of NSWLR.
