Digital Certificate - beyond USB 2.0

Do you issue Digital Certificates with connectors which are compatible with other ports e.g. USB 3.0 type C, Thunderbolt 3 & 4?

Some laptops do not have USB 2.0 ports now.

Re: Digital Certificate - beyond USB 2.0

Good day!

Thank you for your enquiry.

PEXA Digital Certificates are compatible with both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 standards. These standards refer to data transfer speed rather than the physical connector on the USB device.

At present our DigiCert providers utilise the traditional 'USB A' connectors for PEXA Digital Certificates. We are exploring options to expand this functionality in future for 'USB C' devices and appreciate your feedback.

If your computer does not have any USB A ports to use, then you may wish to consider purchasing an adapter from any reputable provider such as those below:

Let us know if we can assist.

Thanks again,
Clancy
