We are currently having issues with the Charismathics Smart Security program. When we attempt to open the program we are presented with the following error "The application could not be initialized"
The following steps were completed to troubleshoot the issue to no avail
Could you please advise how to resolve this issue as we are currently unable to reset pins or register certificates
