Discharge Authority Checkboxes

Hi PEXA

 

Could I please have an update regarding the DA checkboxes displaying at the time a workspace has been created?

 

Currently our process is to create a workspace when the Loan Contracts have been generated then invite the OFI to the workspace, upload the DA if held and share the document with the OFI - this process is completed by a different department that only create workspaces. There is no option for this department to select the DA checkbox confirming when the DA was sent.

 

Once Loan Contracts have been returned another department will verify the contracts then view the workspace. They then have to view the Files tab to confirm if the DA has already been uploaded which causes an extra step.

 

Since there has been more emphasis placed on the Banks to complete the checkboxes, it would be beneficial to have the checkboxes available when the workspace has been created.

 

Could you please provide any feedback or updates, much appreciated.

Regarding your question, this is currently on in our list of enhancements but due to other higher priority items, we have not been able to get to it.  At the moment, we don’t have a target delivery on this item but when we do we will ensure to let you know.

 

I understand that this is adding extra steps to your process but we appreciate your understanding and patience.
