Disputed Settlement Date

If the parties are in dispute as to what should be the official (legal) settlement date, but they acknowledge what is going to be the actual settlement date (due to reality & common sense and it falling within the 3 days Grace) - what is the potential legal repercussion of accepting the change of date within PEXA ?  You have to accept in order for everything to proceed but we don't want to be viewed as actually accepting the date change in case there is a legal argument later.

We would believe that your paper communications outside the PEXA workspace would reflect the situation and the issue re settlement date.

We would further suggest, you would, acknowledge you are accepting settlement date in "Communications" (within the PEXA workspace) subject to....

As you have suggested you have to accept to move matter forward.
