Just wondering with documents submitted to the Land Registry via the PEXA Doc Hub could you confirm the status of the documents submitted via this method.  Are they registered documents at this time?

Hi Simone,

Are you referring to the Terms and Conditions attached to the QLD Mortgage? If yes, the Terms and Conditions is part of the Mortgage instrument it is attached to upon successful registration.
